Shop-floor production and cost visibility for a manufacturer
A manufacturer with a proprietary production process needed real production and cost data from the shop floor flowing into the same system that runs its finance and inventory.

The challenge
Production happened on the floor; costing happened later, in finance, from partial paperwork. True per-batch cost was hard to know, and material consumption didn't reconcile cleanly with inventory.
Off-the-shelf ERPs assumed a generic manufacturing flow that didn't match the company's actual process.
What we built
NYLOS built a shop-floor application tailored to the manufacturer's real production steps, capturing material consumption and output at the source.
That data feeds the Production & Cost Management and Inventory modules directly, so costing and stock reconcile against what actually happened on the floor.
Finance sees true production cost per batch in the same system, not reconstructed after the fact.
